New Improved Version of Write-N-Cite 4.0 Available for RefWorks Users

It’s been a frustrating few months for RefWorks users. Both Mac and Windows’ users have experienced all sorts of problems either installing or using the latest version of Write-n-Cite. However, new updated versions are now available. You can download a copy from the Tools/Write n Cite menu in your RefWorks account:

One major problem involved WnC trying to automatically sync with the online database, something which in my experience took so long that I went back to using Write-n-Cite 3.0. WnC no longer syncs automatically and this seems to have fixed the problem.

If you edit an output style or add/change data in your RefWorks account you must now manually select the Sync My Database button so that those changes can be reflected in your desktop database.
